Group Description:
This ensemble meets together during 0 period of each day (6:55-7:50 am), but is not a class that you can register for at CV. The group rehearses and performs simply for the love of singing and dancing. It is an auditioned group and if you choose to sing with this group, you are also asked to be a member of A Cappella Women, A Cappella Men, or Charismatics.

Valley Blues performs much in the style of a musical review. Students use wireless microphones and perform choreography (dance) along with their singing. This ensemble is designed for the advanced and/or experienced choral student who wants a higher level vocal music experience. Concepts and skills are further developed in the areas of singing techniques and music reading skills in a small choral ensemble setting. Multiple performances on and off campus are required for participation in this group.

Prerequisite: Audition and concurrent enrollment in another choir course at CVHS.

Grades: Open to students entering Grades 9-12.
